Experience Summary
My teaching career began in 1991 as a College Lecturer. Since then I have taught mainly in junior college (including IB diploma, Cambridge A Level and AP programs). Additionally, I taught various branches of Mathematics to undergraduate and graduate programs of Heriot Watt, Southampton, SNDT, Mumbai and Pune universities. Teaching Operations Research, AP Statistics, AP Calculus, IB Math HL, IB Further Math, Probability, Algebra, Discrete Math and Calculus is my forte.
Teaching Style
I am very passionate about teaching and have zeal to see students succeed in whatever education they pursue. In these 24 years, I worked with students of varying abilities. It’s a challenge worth taking helping high need students achieve success and build confidence to become able global citizens.
I have good experience of working with challenged students. You need to support them emotionally and academically and motivate them to succeed in their area of interest. I create rapport with them by caring for them and showing great support for their progress. I am quite successful all these years.
Every student, every batch is a new challenge and there is no better satisfaction than to see the students becoming vibrant learners and excelling in their career. I believe that it is the teacher who can develop healthy heads, hearts and hands. Teaching gives you chance to use innovative ideas and keep learning throughout your life. As a teacher, you always remain a student and keep challenging yourself.

Other Comments
I have taught to about 20000 students thus far. Few of whom had learning disabilities or disinterest in learning. With some motivation and support, I could bring out success in their performances. The remedial and differentiated teaching strategies brought the desired change.
