Experience Summary
In the past, I've tutored younger students in various fields, including math, science, Spanish, and music. I've also devoted a large amount of time to the college admissions process, both in standardized test preparation and essay writing, and have gained admission to several highly selective institutions. I have assisted others going through the process of college admissions with aspects such as standardized test preparation, thorough essay revision, and application tips, and look forward to helping more students with the process in the future!
Teaching Style
My general approach is to teach overarching concepts as opposed to answers to specific questions. Regarding essays, I tend to point out problems (specific or general) and let the writer decide on the solution instead of fixing the problem myself.
