Experience Summary
I have been an intervention specialist for Hilliard City Schools for the last 4 years. I have worked with students both in the inclusion and small group setting towards their individualized education goals. I have worked with students who have been diagnosed with disorders/disabilities that may impede their ability to learning in the traditional learning environment without support. The students who I have worked with have been diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, emotional disturbances, anxiety, learning disabilities, and cognitive delays.
Teaching Style
I believe in using individualized teaching methods for students as dependent on their learning preferences. I teach by using strategies that will allow me to touch on all the different learning modalities.
