Experience Summary
I was recently accepted to the University of Florida College of Medicine, and will be completing a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology starting this fall. I am currently a post-baccalaureate student at the University of North Florida, taking Organic Chemistry and Genetics. I took the GRE exam last November, and scored above the 90th percentile in 2 of 3 categories. I have been a substitute public school teacher for the past year in Duval County, and have taught subjects ranging from Kindergarten to High School math and science. I have been a tutor for 2 months, with over 20 hours of tutoring experience in mostly math/science subjects.
Teaching Style
I am a great motivator and I am great at preparing for exams. I have certifications in group fitness and personal training, and I have completed two marathons and a triathlon. My style is to never give up, and to always see the finish line.
My Hobbies
I enjoy sports and fitness, and also digital music editing and songwriting. I enjoy the beach and I like to surf. My favorite sports are tennis and distance running.
