Experience Summary
I have over thirty years experience in healthcare, twenty plus as registered nurse, last three as college nursing instructor. I have experience in NCLEX tutoring. I have instructed fundamental nursing 1 & 2, pharmacology for nurse, Mental health nursing, Nutritional therapy for nurses, Management & Leadership for nurses, Adult health 1, 2, & 3, and Human Growth & Development. Everything but maternity and pediatrics.
Teaching Style
In the classroom I used a multimedia approach. As a tutor, the student directs the area of study. I apply experience, knowledge, and humor to transmit message and understanding.
My Hobbies
I like to garage sale, bargain shop, and garden.
