Experience Summary
I went to a Magnet Middle School which taught me accerlated Math and Science. I then went on to take all Honors courses, and some Advanced Placement courses, in High school. I graduated with Honors with an Advanced Diploma. I am now a third year student at Old Dominion University where I am studying Elementary Education. I currently work as a Program Leader at the Children's Learning and Research Center on campus. My all time easiest and favorite subject is Math, but I am well versed in many other subjects.
Teaching Style
I have been tutoring for about 5 years ranging in ages from elementary school to adults who are trying to further their education. I try my hardest to break things down to the simpliest form to better help students understand. If I have tried absolutely everything and the concept is still not grasped, I will find someone who is more knowledgeable than me and seek their guidance. Then, we will all work together to ensure success!
My Hobbies
I love all types of music. I like to sing and dance. In my free time I often find myself writing poetry or spoken words. If I am not working or in school I enjoy hanging out with friends.
