Experience Summary
I have over 20 years teaching all levels of physics to all kinds of students. From nerds to gangsters, I have taught them all. I have a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Texas A&M. I have taught AP Physics C, AP Physics B, Pre AP Physics and Physics I. I have valid Texas Teaching Certifications in physics, math and chemistry. At Brandeis High School in N.I.S.D. I was lead Physics Teacher for 4 years. I taught physics at Clark High School for 16 years and was Science Department Coordinator for 4 years.
Teaching Style
I love physics and I love teaching and I believe everyone can be successful in understanding how to solve physics problems.I have a very easy going, patient style of explaining things. I understand that learning physics and working physics problems can be very challenging and a little scary for many students, but fear not. I can help you overcome your frustrations and fear of physics by easing you into it. I start at a level you can grasp and then a little at a time you will find your problem solving skills start to increase. Before you know it, you will be a Jedi physics student.
