Experience Summary
Provide administrative support to Quality Improvement Team as needed, such as typing, data entry, preparing of certificates and editing.
Handle all logistical preparation execution of project activities (seminars, workshops) and the necessary hotel reservations, transportation, hospitality, materials and supplies, according the project procedures; beginning with the request of cash, and ending with the final review and approval of the vendor’s invoice. This might also include field visit to different locations in Jordan.
Receive draft letters from Team Leaders addressed to Ministry of Health, place them in the appropriate format, and send to the chef of party office. Once signed, fax or send it by hand and follow up to make sure it has been received, and the necessary approval of the MoH participants has been confirmed.
Follow up with MoH participants in project activities and confirm their attendance and accommodation, if needed.
Maintain individual electronic and hard copy files for each technical area based on each distinct activity or event or training program being implemented.
Maintain and update the list of project counterparts and RMS counterparts.
Assist in the budget tracking of their assigned team.
Translation of Arabic and English documents.
Participate in individual technical meetings for the team they are supporting.
