Experience Summary
I have tutored ESL students in a college setting for the State University of New York (SUNY) at Potsdam.
I have also worked as a tutor for Club Z Tutoring for English and biology. My students improved greatly.
I have participated in several writing workshops for creative writing and academic writing at SUNY Potsdam.
I have college credit in several areas, including creative writing, professional writing, grant writing, psychology, biology, communications, speaking, sociology, and history.
Teaching Style
I believe that no one is stupid or can't learn, I believe that students have different learning styles. I like to help people and am a hands on tutor who enjoys explaining concepts to the student in different ways until they are able to master the subject. I love teaching!
My Hobbies
I love writing, volleyball, crocheting, and cooking!
