I have worked in the field of education for 18(+) years. My work experience and education qualifies me to perform the roles and duties of this position. As an educator, I have worked on several teams, in which I was in a leadership/administration role; as the team leader, lead teacher, dean of students, assistant director and/or director. Through my years of experience, I have provided instructional leadership, management and supervision for staff and students, maintained a safe and orderly learning environment in cooperation with administrators, teachers, parents, students and community leaders.
