I have taught extensively at the college level, including biology courses such as parasitology, ecology, and science communication. My favorite teaching experience was Biology for Non-Majors, where I had the opportunity to convey my enthusiasm for science to students who were not usually very jazzed to be learning about it. By incorporating technology and group learning, however, even the most blase student was engaged.
