Experience Summary
Whether you're a college student who needs help with your coursework, or someone who needs to sharpen certain skills to boost confidence, get a raise, or to crush that new promotion you've just received, I am confident I can help.
My primary specialties are in Accounting and Microsoft Excel, from beginners to advanced learners, but I also specialize in corporate finance, and general business matters. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from Temple University in Philadelphia. Shortly after graduation, I joined a prestigious regional-sized CPA Firm, where I was awarded my CPA license in the minimum two-year time frame permitted by state law. I practiced public accounting, auditing, tax and consulting for more than 10 years with this firm, and rose to the level of Engagement Manager. At about that time, I was hired by a client to work as a Controller, and was subsequently promoted to CFO, presiding over a rapidly-growing company, which grew from $10 million in revenues to $60 million over the course of a few years. Since then, I have worked primarily in consulting and financial leadership roles, for both private companies and non-profit organizations.
I continue to develop and enhance my technical skills and broaden my knowledge of general business and I likely always will. One of the best ways to do that is by teaching people who want to learn.
