Experience Summary

I used to teach history to high school students in Russia for three years. As a teacher I had presented subject matter using lectures and discussions in classroom, used tests and homework that assessed progress and increased understanding, advised and tutored students individually and in small groups, reviewed and summarized administration policies and rules governing students, developed handouts that clarified and summarized lessons, created lesson plans for each subject taught, evaluated and recorded students grades. Later, I used to tutor kids of all age groups in my extended family on several subjects and all levels using my knowledge earned through continuous academic studies as well as self-studies.
