Worked for more than 5 years in Baghdad, Iraq. In the last 2 years I had been working in the Primary health Care Project in Iraq, a project implemented by the US Government with collaboration of the Iraqi Ministry of Health. This project developed clinical guidelines for the staff of MOH and did a lot of training sessions for capacity development. One of responsibilities as the Quality Assurance Clinical specialist was to prepare the guidelines and translate them to Arabic or to English for the purposes of training and lecturing. I have been trained to be a TOT (Trainer of Trainees).
