Teaching Style
My philosophy of teaching in general that teaching is a talent .It means that anybody who is trained could be a teacher,but a successful one is the one who has the teaching talent.I have always been interested in teaching others and how to teach other optimally -this has guided me to actively consider the methods used by my own teachers as well as to monitor the progress of students I helped or taught.
Regarding Arabic language, I aware that the Arabic language is one of the critical language.So I try at the beginning to make the students like it through involve the Arabian culture in the learning process.However,up to this point in time, my beliefs in around the following general ideas:
(1)The target language should be used as much as possible in the classroom.
(2)the teacher should make the importance and use of the target language clear to the students.
(3)the teacher should make the class fun and enjoyable for the students.
(4)the students should be as involved as possible.
(5)encourage the student to avoid being shy and talk.
I believe that the best way for a motivated individual to pick up Arabic language is to have formal training in that language while living for an extended period of time in a country where the Arabic language is spoken.since that is not possible for most f the student, so I think that the teacher should create an environment as similar to immersion as possible.
