Experience Summary
I grew up in a German-American household and have great knowledge of both cultures.
In addition to being bilingual, I was able to sharpen my translation skills at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Foreign Languages are my passion, and I was able to teach German abroad for a semester at an educational institution in Boeblingen, Germany.
Teaching Style
Learning a new language should be fun and not seem like a chore. Learning a language is comparable to building blocks - one must have the basics covered to advance to the next step. It is important to recognize weak points and work through them; not skip over them.
