Experience Summary
I' ve been working for about 18 years with students from Kindergarten through 12 grade in the Petaluma Schools District in the city of Petaluma, California. I've had experience teaching English as a second language and tutoring experience teaching math, language and science.
Since I've worked in a classroom setting as a Bilingual Instructional Assistant, I have acquired a lot of experience from a diverse teaching styles. Nowadays, I am working at the High School level tutoring students in Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Science and English.
Teaching Style
According to the need of the student, some students are fast learning, some are slow, this is very important taking in consideration because my philosophy is that "Everybody is able to learn", we just have different learning styles.
My Hobbies
Listen to music, walking my dog, and reading.
