Experience Summary
I have been tutoring since I was a sophomore in high school. Now I am a sophomore in college. I dont tutor people by reading them the same paragraph doing the same example until the get it. I tutor people by talking to them like there a person not an inferior, and then I see where the gap is between confusion and understanding. After i find the gap i do everything to bridge it while looking for any other gaps. I'm not formerly trained or anything like that, but think about it. You teacher or prof is formerly trained but you still need tutoring.Someone once said if you keep doing the same old thing you will yield the same old results.
