Experience Summary
I graduated from DeVry University with my Computer Engineering degree, finishing with a 3.5 GPA. I was class-elected speaker and the President of Tau Alpha Pi (honors society). I was a professional tutor through the college for 1 year, and continuing private tutoring during this year and for one year afterward in California. I have tutored a wide range of subjects and students, including 5th grade (all subjects), 9th grade (math and English), and students in college (young adults and middle aged students, in a variety of subjects from math to English and programming).
Teaching Style
I can teach one-on-one, in a group forum, or multiple students in different subjects at the same time. I can meet you at your home or in a public place (I used to tutor at a library and at a Starbucks, depending on the time of day and the nature of the subject). I can help with general tutoring (prep for future courses, during school holidays/vacations, etc.), homework, test prep (for classes or SAT's), or placement exams.
Other Comments
I have access to teaching material if necessary for the subject. Fees for such material will be added to hourly rate. Notice required.
