Over 20 years experience in Accounting Field from Auditor to Controller to Vice President of Finance. Have train and instructed junior auditors, staff accountants, accounting managers. Experience also includes consulting on accounting systems, financial reporting, SEC reporting, both public, private and government accounting. Currenting working as an accounting and business consultant (part-time) with two major customers. BSBA degree in Accounting/Finance with a minor in Marketing. Have received the following certifications: CPA, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Hands on. Instruction by example, using and following the current introduction accounting, advance accounting, business law college level books and materials.
