Experience Summary
I am CPA/MBA hands-on accountant, with the ability to lead and mentor financial team members. My experience includes public accounting, corporate & divisional responsibilities and SEC 10K reporting. In these positions I have managed a startup entity, restructured a bankrupt entity, had responsibilities for financial reporting, cash flow management, A/P, A/R, Inventory, development of budgets, internal controls standards, and preparation of accounting policies and procedures.
Teaching Style
Mentoring of the student(s) to understand the subject matter issues and their practical application to real life situations. My teaching style is to provide actual business case illustrations in support of developing a specific study topic and therefore providing the student with the ability to relate a general concept to future actual situations.
