About Me

Experience Summary

Worked as Tutor durring undergrad work. Received BS from Univerity of Utah in Materials Science and Engineering. In this degree I worked toward a double major in physics (took the senior level courses, but didn't finish as I would have had to stay another semester with freshmen busy work classes). Extensive Chemistry background (vital to materials science) along with computer programming and engineering statics and dynamics. Have 10 years of on the job engineering experience.

Teaching Style

I explain the basics. Work through a problem, and then answer questions as the student works problems. Especially with math, you only learn through doing.

My Hobbies

Fishing, Nature, watching sports (not much of an athlete), music, theater and reading.

Other Comments

I am generally easy going and patient.
