I began my teaching career in Hogansville, Georgia at Hogansville High School. I transferred from there to Troup High School. I worked at Troup High for twenty years. I transferred to Lagrange High School and retired from there. I retired from Troup County School System in May 2009. Since then, I have been teaching for West Georgia Technical College and Columbus State University.
