Experience Summary
I have been tutoring in Math and Science subjects for over 10 years. My background in chemistry, and minor in mathematics, has lead me to a great understanding of various math and science subjects. Also, I enjoy working with students and helping them better understand difficult concepts through modeling and guided practice. I also enjoy helping them see the trees through the forest.
Teaching Style
I approach each student and subject differently. Some cases require I will help a student review material from class to help them organize their thoughts. Other cases I will help the student through their homework making sure they are understanding the concepts as we go along.
My Hobbies
Cooking, hiking, watching basketball.
Other Comments
One of my best traits is that I am punctual and dependable. If we schedule a time I will be there and most likely be there at least 5 minutes early.
