Experience Summary
As a person who works with various groups of people, I continuously find helping others reach their full potential exciting and rewarding. My highest degree is a Ph.D. in Educational Administration with a specialization in Pre-K through 12th grade; however, I have provided adult instruction at the college level and through workshops for over 8 years as well.

Teaching Style
I use effective practices, strategies, and resources to inspire and enrich each student's learning. Direct instruction, workbooks, visual aids, computers, math manipulative, hands-on activities, mini-labs, student-centered discussions, one-on-one tutoring and small-group instruction are used to honor various learning styles, students' needs and goals, as well as to ensure they are active learners.
Students participate in small-group instruction, hands-on activities, mini-labs; may use computers for further enrichment and technology-integration; analyze words and stories; make real-life applications to concepts being presented; and customize their own learning environment through student-centered and teacher-led discussions and enrichment activities while receiving caring and effective support and guidance from me!
