Experience Summary
I have years of experience teaching and tutoring English as a second language, both in the U.S. and overseas. My students have included high school students, community college students, university and postgraduate students, and working professionals of all ages. I have taught speakers of Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Arabic, Farsi and Turkish.
I am also an experienced tutor in law, having taught both law and paralegal students in substantive law, legal writing, test taking skills, and LSAT preparation. I also work with business students who are taking business law and business ethics classes.
Teaching Style
I adapt my style to your individual needs. Some students prefer to use a textbook, but with others I will provide appropriate study materials. I like to get to know my students so that we can focus only exactly what you need to improve as quickly as possible.
My Hobbies
I enjoy travel and world cultures, and I love learning about new styles of music!
