I am a full time tutor focused on licensing exams such as the SIE Exam, the Series 7 as well as other exams such as the Series 6, 65, 66, and 63. The tutoring is conducted online with screen sharing or in-person.About 80% of my meetings are online. These meetings include reviewing topics and may be supplemented with practice questions. I write practice questions, many of them focused on suitability. Prior to tutoring for licensing exams, I worked in finance for 20 years with the majority of this time focused on mutual fund investment analysis and portfolio management. I have passed the Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 exams with scores as high as 94%. I also completed the CFA program in 2002 after passing levels 1, 2 and 3 consecutively. In addition, I hold an M.B.A. in Finance & Investments from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a B.A. in Finance & Economics from the City University of New York - Baccalaureate Program. Teaching Style
All Series 7 Tutor meetings are comprised of me going through a presentation and also working on practice questions. I have written about 1000 questions for the series 6, 7, 63, 65 and 66 and the SIE exam. Some students only want me to go through a presentation and do not want to do any practice questions. Other students only want to do practice questions and do not want me to go through a presentation. I will proceed in a way that accommodates each student's unique interests. I also distribute some of these materials to students.

Series 7 Tutoring and SIE Tutoring is conducted online or in-person, via video or by phone. Approximately 80% of the tutoring is conducted online. If a student has a two hour session dedicated to suitability, I often provide that person with 100 suitability questions after the meeting.
