Experience Summary
I have earned a BS degree from the Florida State University (College of Social Sciences) in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology. I was also a participant in the Global Pathways Program, enabling me to experience and appreciate a variety of multi-cultural events and backgrounds. I have interned with the 2010 State Legislature (Florida) and have gathered extensive knowledge in government, politics and those fields related to government. I have experience in tutoring and preparing students who have in the past done poorly on the reading portion of the FCAT.
Teaching Style
Patience. I believe patience is very important to helping your child succeed in their studies. I enjoy teaching and working with children of all backgrounds. I believe that every child is different from the one before and the material needs to be tailored to the student in order for them to process the information and succeed. I also believe that any child can reach success if you are patient, knowledgeable and can give them the learning tools to succeed.
