Experience Summary
I earned a bachelor degree in Accounting with a minor in business administration in 2008 and am currently preparing a master in accounting and information system. In addition to my degree, I have a thorough knowledge of accounting and payroll concepts and practices. I play a key role in training employee before their performance evaluation and organize training group session for new hires. I am also fluent in French.
Teaching Style
In my job as a payroll accountant, I proved my ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. For example, as a payroll coordinator, I trained employees to effectively use the payroll system. I organized new hire training group sessions monthly and made a PowerPoint presentation of the automated punching system. These training sessions are similar to a teaching experience requiring organizing material, planning and interacting with student of different level. I enjoyed the teaching my real-world practice to others.
